Indianapolis, In. — For the first time in more than 80 years, Hoosiers will be able to purchase alcohol on Sundays legally. By a vote of 38-10 the Indiana Senate approved the bill and sent it to the governor and he says he’ll sign it without delay.
That means as soon as March 4 it could be the law of the land. “We won’t let too many Sundays pass. There is a pen on my desk. We are wanting the process to take it’s course. When it arrives you will be the first to know when we sign it. But we will sign it,” Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said.
