Batesville, In. — A crash in Franklin County Wednesday night killed a Batesville resident according to the sheriff’s department.
The investigation report says a car driven by Tyler Dewayne Bills, 27, Milan, was westbound at 9:27 p.m., just past the State Road 229 exit when he drove off the north side of the road and struck a tree.
Bills was not injured. The front seat passenger, Breana J. McIntosh, 20, of Batesville, died at the scene. A backseat passenger, Dave Kelly Dee Burton, 25, of Moores Hill was transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital for treatment.
