Batesville, In. — Three Franklin County residents are facing felony drug charges following a traffic stop on I-74 over the weekend.
On Saturday Batesville police attempted to stop a car driven by Anthony Moore, 44, near the Franklin/Decatur County line. Moore slowed but did not come to a complete stop until an Indiana State Police trooper “boxed” him in and forced him to stop.

Following the discovery, Moore, Wilhelmina McDaniel, 44, and James Rose, 47, were all arrested for felony possession with intent to deliver and dealing in methamphetamine. A Level 2 Felony conviction in Indiana is punishable by 10 to 30 years in prison.
