KDH named a top rural hospital

MADISON, Ind. — King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison has been named one of the Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals in the nation, according to The National Rural Health Association’s Rural Health Policy Institute.

King’s Daughters’ Health was one of seven Indiana hospitals to be named on the list, including Major Hospital in Shelbyville, and Schneck Medical Center Seymour.

Hospitals named to the list are top performers in managing risk, achieving higher quality, securing better outcomes, increasing patient satisfaction, and operating at a lower cost than their peers.
