Betty L. Bryant, 80, of Aurora, passed away February 10, 2017 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
She was born September 5, 1936 in Aurora, Indiana, daughter of the late Clifford and Edna Albright Schmidt
Betty worked as a line worker and in maintenance for Seagram’s Distillery for several years.
She loved to fish and cook, she was an excellent seamstress and also very good at alterations. She enjoyed singing karaoke with her husband and was quite good at it too. In their younger years they loved to dance. Betty also loved her Chihuahua dogs ,especially Sam. She was a very outgoing and active person. She loved to be with people. Time spent with family and friends was her greatest joy and she will be sadly missed.
Surviving are her loving husband of 55 years, Walter Bryant Jr. of Aurora, Indiana; daughter, Faith (Dan) Craig of Lawrenceburg, IN; siblings, Rosemary (Tom) Borin of AZ, Jerry (Karen) Schmidt of Aurora, IN; grandson, Cody Booth of Dillsboro, IN.
She was preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Edna and brother Wayne Schmidt.
Friends will be received Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 12:00-2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, immediately following visitation, with Pastor Mary Jane Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
