Man arrested for home improvement fraud

According to court documents, James Mosley entered into a home improvement contract to work on a driveway.

The homeowner paid $250 upfront as a first payment, but Mosley never did the work, according to police.

A warrant was issued for his arrest in mid-November, and Mosley was arrested on Monday.
