Ripley County, Ind. — According to the Indiana Air National Guard, July 11 through the 15, explosions will be heard at the Jefferson Proving Ground.
The Guard will be detonating at the former military base.
The blasts will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
In the past it has been reported that people living several miles away could hear and feel the blasts.
