Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 3,733 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Thursday. A total of 601,937Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 2,867,990 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.0% positive rate and 64 new deaths were reported for a total of 9,218 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 4,707 cases and 45 deaths reported (up 31 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,448 positive cases and 83 deaths (up 5 new cases and 1 new death), Franklin County has 1,469 positive cases and 33 deaths (up 14 new cases), and Ripley County has 2,965 positive cases and 45 deaths (up 16 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 66 new positive cases and 1 new death.
