Franklin County, IN — Traffic on U.S. 52 in Cedar Grove was experiencing long delays Wednesday afternoon due to a broken-down semi-truck. It was reported at about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says the lengthy delay happened in Cedar Grove for about an hour before U.S. 52 was reopened.
