RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. — Paul Ritter, a Senior at Batesville High School, has been named the recipient of the 2017 Ripley County Foundation Lilly Endowment Scholarship.
Ritter will receive full tuition to the Indiana college of his choice, and a $900 yearly stipend for required books and equipment.
Ritter is the son of Jade and Elizabeth Ritter of Batesville and plans to major in actuarial science and/or business administration.
There were 85 applicants for the award in Ripley County.
