Severe weather moves through Southeastern Indiana

RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. — Severe thunderstorms moved through Southeastern Indiana Friday night and Saturday morning.

The first report was of a tornado warning in Decatur County that was issued around 7:45 PM.

Multiple social media posts indicated a funnel cloud was spotted near South Decatur High School.

WRBI is waiting on the National Weather Service’s official report to confirm.

In several communities, golf ball size hail was reported.
