Southeastern IN — A Wind Advisory will be in effect from late this morning through 1 am Thursday.
The National Weather Service says southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
