Southeastern, IN — The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory and an Elevated Fire Risk for today in southeastern Indiana until 6 pm.
Wind Gusts around 40 mph combined with relatively low humidity values around 25-30 percent during the afternoon hours. These winds can cause unsecured outdoor objects and holiday decorations to be blown. Outdoor burning is not recommended as fire could quickly get out of control with the combinations of strong winds and low humidity.
