Franklin County moved to 2-0 in the conference on Friday night with a 7-1 victory over East Central at home. Ben Krider pitched a complete game, allowing just 3 hits and 1 run. Nick Pennington got the Wildcat offense started in the 2nd inning with a home run over the right field fence. With the score 3-1 heading to the 5th, FC broke it open with a 4 run inning.
The Wildcats will travel to Connersville on Monday night before hosting Connersville on Thursday. FC will finish the week with a home doubleheader with Talawanda on Saturday.
