(Jennings County, IN) – A Westport man was killed and another is facing charges following a crash on State Road 3 in Jennings County over the weekend.
23-year-old Tucker Riley Bushhorn was operating a motorcycle that was involved in a collision with a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Mark Shreve near the Decatur County line Saturday night around 9:15.
Bushhorn was taken to Ascension St. Vincent Jennings where he was pronounced dead.
Shreve, who is also from Westport, was treated at the hospital and later arrested on a preliminary charge of Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated Causing Death (Level 4 felony).
The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office is investigating and received assistance at the scene from the Indiana State Police-Sellersburg Post Accident Reconstruction Team, Jennings County EMS, and the Westport Fire Department.
