WESTPORT, IN — A Westport man is facing a Level 4 felony Child Molesting count following his arrest as a result of an investigation that took place over several months.
39-year-old James P. Carlisle is accused of inappropriately touching an underage female on more than one occasion at his home between January and February 2021.
Investigators say the Westport Police Department presented the case to the Decatur County Prosecutor’s Office for review after a two-month investigation.
Carlisle was arrested at his home without incident by Indiana State Police.
