Batesville, In. — A report from WalletHub says Kohls and J.C. Penny offer the best discounts for Black Friday shoppers. WalletHub surveyed 10,000 deals from 35 of the largest retailers in the country to create the rankings.
The report says consumers should look for at least a 37 percent discount, the average reported in the study.
Among the lowest rated retailers were Sears, Macy’s and Bass Pro Shops. The complete report is online here.
