Vicky Denise (Carmack) Harlow, age 58, of Carrollton, Kentucky, entered this life on February 24, 1966 in Carrollton, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Nancy Marie (Burns) Carmack. She was raised in Carrollton, Kentucky where she attended the Carroll County High School. Vicky was united in marriage on May 4, 1984 to Billy Joe Harlow in Carrollton, Kentucky and this union was blessed with two children, Michael and Kristi. Vicky was employed as the housekeeping supervisor for Green Valley Nursing Home in Carroll County, Kentucky for several years. She was later employed for Save-A-Lot for three years and for CertainTeed in Carrollton, Kentucky for over one year. Vicky enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, coloring, gardening and shopping. Vicky passed away at 8:12 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Vicky will be deeply missed by her son, Michael Harlow and his wife, Kayla of Sanders, KY; her daughter, Kristi Harlow-Loveless and her husband, David Michael of Warsaw, KY; her grandson, Braxton Harlow of Warsaw, KY; her step-grandchildren, Dakota Gaines, Ian Lynch, Christian Lynch and Samara Lynch; her 3-step-great-grandchildren; her sister, Bonnie Simon and her husband, Dale of near Fairview, IN; her brothers, Ronnie Carmack of Carrollton, KY and Jerry Keith Carmack of Missouri and her several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Marie (Burns) Carmack, died November 22, 1992; her father, Isaac Carmack, died September 19, 2014; her sister, Christine (Carmack) Payton, died August 18, 1993; her brother, Kash Carmack, died September 9, 2014 and her niece, Leonda Carol Smith, died May 4, 2014.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, by Pastor Ron Tiller, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Interment will follow at a later date in the English Cemetery, KY-389, Carrollton, Kentucky.
