Vicki L. Thompson, 75, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022.
She was born October 2, 1946, in Milan, IN, daughter of the late Lawrence Damon Huffner and Joann (Matthews) Huffner.
Vicki worked in Customer Service for Argosy Casino, with over 16 years of service.
Vicki’s faith was very important to her and she belonged to a local non-denomination church. She enjoyed adult coloring books, cooking, taking rides, walking, being outdoors and vacationing with her sister. She loved being a homemaker, wife, mom and grandma, Vicki loved her family dearly.
Vicki is survived by her loving spouse of almost 45 years, Robbin Thompson, children, Kimberly Smith of Aurora, IN, Ryan (Kim) Thompson of Aurora, IN. siblings, Sharon (Chip) Farrell of Lawrenceburg, IN, Jerry (Ruby) Huffner of Greendale, IN; grandchildren, Jacob, Jaxson & Irie Joy Thompson, Makenna & Emalyn Hershley, David Wagner, Heley Eshelman, and Sidney Alexis Thompson.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Joann; son, Marcus Thompson; brother, Mark Huffner; sister, Karen (David) Rodgers.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 12:00 – 3 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN.
Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
Private interment will be at a later date.
