Verna M. “Toot” French Myers, 92, of Aurora, IN, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023.
She was born March 15, 1931, in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Frank Henderson and Mildred (Joos) Henderson.
Toot was a member of the Legion Auxilliary, the Moose Lodge, and the Eagles.
Toot is survived by Walter Myers, her significant other of 45 years, children, Kenny (Faye) French, Randy (Diane) French, Rhonda French, Wayne French, Lonny French, James (Kim) Briscoe; grandchildren, Kenny, Allen, Trisha, Ryan, Kenneth & Eric; 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great, great-grandchildren; brother, Robert L.Runtz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mildred; brothers, Charlie Runtz, and Eddie Runtz; sister, Mildred Pichichero; and her first husband, Kenneth H. French.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with a memorial service following at 4:00 p.m.
