Brookville, In. — Work is continuing on the Valley House Flats project in Brookville. The project is valued at $10 million and will include 20 market rate apartments and 27 more for low-income seniors.
The apartments will range from 600 to 1,200-square-feet and will be in historic buildings and new buildings, some overlooking the river valley. The development also includes a restaurant that will be operated by the current Big Four Café owner, Devin Murchin.
The project is expected to be complete by late summer 2019.
