(Indianapolis, IN) – 52-year-old David Joseph Mull of North Vernon was sentenced to four years in prison followed by two years of supervised release after pleading guilty to unlicensed dealing in guns.
According to court documents, Mull illegally sold hundreds of firearms without having a license, including to a trafficker moving guns to Mexico.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated this case.
The sentence was imposed by U.S. District Judge James Sweeney II.
U.S. Attorney Kelsey Massa prosecuted this case.
