Napoleon, In. — Ripley County officials have responded to several accidents caused by heavy trucks not using the marked detour in the Napoleon area for U.S. 421. The official detour is State Road 229, State Road 48, State Road 129 and State Road 46.
The closure is expected to last until August 7.
