Two Flown From Motorcycle Crash

(Friendship, IN) – Two people were flown to the hospital following a motorcycle accident that happened on Olean Road near County Road 650 South in the Friendship area shortly before 1:00 Sunday afternoon.

Investigators say the motorcyclist lost control, and the bike skidded and left the roadway before striking two trees.

The unidentified victims were taken by ambulance to the Friendship Fire Station where they were airlifted by two medical helicopters for treatment.

Ripley County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the crash.

They were assisted at the scene by the Friendship Volunteer Fire Department, Ripley County EMS, Air Methods/Bedford, Kentucky, St. Vincent Stat Flight II, and Affordable Todd Wrecker and Repair.
