Southeastern, IN — Travel advisories are already out for the area. Franklin, Ripley, Decatur, and Dearborn Counties have issued a Yellow Travel advisory ahead of the Winter Snow Storm Warning from the National Weather Service.
A yellow advisory is the lowest level of local travel advisory, means that routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and individuals should use caution or avoid those areas.
