Original Post – 2/9/21 5:00 am – Ripley, Franklin, and Dearborn Counties are under level Orange travel advisories this morning through 6 pm this evening.
During an Orange “watch” local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended.
