FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. — A Kentucky woman has been arrested in Franklin County on multiple drug-related and other charges after a traffic stop.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Alisha D. Hunter, 32, was arrested on the charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Syringe, Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of a Controled Substance, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction.
Police say they conducted a traffic stop on a car on State Road 121 Wednesday afternoon.
During a search of the vehicle, officers discovered marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a syringe.
While being booked at the Franklin County Security Center, officers found Hunter to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.
