DECATUR COUNTY, IN — The deadline to place an entry in the Greensburg/Decatur County Bicentennial parade is Monday, June 6.
The parade steps off on Saturday, June 11 at 10 am.
Organizers are particularly asking for local businesses and groups to enter floats with historical themes.
To make a parade entry, email John Pratt at [email protected] or call Merrill Smith at (812) 525-1769.
The bicentennial parade route will be similar to the one used for the annual Tree City Fall Festival Parade and will line up on North Broadway, and begin near 4th and Broadway streets, go south toward the Courthouse Square, turn east on Washington Street and end at the corner of Washington and Franklin streets.
