(Versailles, IN) – No one was injured when a tanker carrying several thousand gallons of milk overturned at the intersection of US 50 and South Adams Street in Versailles yesterday.
The tanker was turning right off eastbound 50 when it apparently took the turn too fast and rolled over, spilling the liquid dairy product.
Responding agencies included the Versailles Police Department, the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police, Versailles Fire Rescue, Ripley County EMS and Todd’s Wrecker Service.
