Switzerland County beat Jac-Cen-Del 1-0 in boys soccer Wednesday thanks to a very strong defensive effort by the entire Pacer defense. Goalie Bradley Romans had 11 saves as the Pacers recorded their fourth shutout of the year.
Pacer coach David Todd reported Switzerland County outshot the Eagles 19-15 overall and 12-11 on goal. The Pacers lone goal was scored in the first half by Landon Duckworth with the assist going to Cooper Todd.
