Brookville, In. — Deputies in Franklin County recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested a Middletown, Ohio woman.
On Tuesday, January 8th, deputies began their investigation around 8 p.m. with a report of a vehicle off the road in the 13000 block of Prophet Road. Deputies found Rachel Tietz, 41, in the vehicle. As the investigation progressed, deputies determined the vehicle had been reported stolen from Oxford, Ohio from the Miami University campus.
Tietz has been charged with theft, operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
