St. Leon to host men’s Catholic conference

St. Leon, In. — East Central high School in St. Leon has been named the host of the 2018 E6 Catholic Men’s Conference. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 24.

Archbishop Charles C. Thompson from the Indiana Archdiocese will be the featured speaker at the event designed to strengthen faith and fraternity. A statement from e6catholicmensconference.com says:

The E6 Catholic Men’s Conference is designed to bring men to a deeper relationship with Christ and His Catholic Church through: a worthy celebration of the sacrements, engaging talks to strengthen their faith, opportunities for true fraternity and exposure to good resources to aid them in living their faith as disciples of Christ. In a world that is losing a truly biblical understanding of masculinity, fatherhood and brotherhood, this conference aims at equipping men to put on the armor of God and stand as men of Christ.
