In the NCAA Tournament First Four in Dayton, Ohio last night, it was Howard over UMBC 86-83. The Bison will play top-seed Michigan tomorrow. And Texas got past NC State 68-66. The Longhorns play BYU in the first round tomorrow. The First Four wraps up tonight in Dayton with two more games: Prairie View takes on Lehigh, followed by Miami University against SMU.
The Indianapolis Colts signed free agent cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt on Tuesday. He totaled 38 defended passes over four seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. From 2022 through ’24, Taylor-Britt played for current Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo with the Bengals.
Indiana University head football coach Curt Cignetti will drive the pace car at the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500. The college football national championship-winning coach is set to drive the new Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X to lead 33-car field to the green flag at the May 24 race.
