College football bowl season continues
Big Ten teams remain in the spotlight this holiday weekend. This afternoon, the Minnesota Golden Gophers face the Florida Gators in the ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, Florida, as Minnesota looks to finish strong against a tough SEC opponent. That game kicks off at noon.
Tonight, the Michigan Wolverines take on the Florida State Seminoles in the Orange Bowl in Miami. It’s a marquee matchup that could cap Michigan’s season with a signature win.
Sunday night, the Ohio State Buckeyes meet the Texas Longhorns in the Fiesta Bowl in Arizona. Both teams will be looking to make a statement as the season winds down.

NFL update
The Indianapolis Colts will try to avoid a sixth consecutive loss Sunday when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Lucas Oil Stadium. With an 8-and-7 record, the Colts need wins in their final two games to keep playoff hopes alive, but could be eliminated before kickoff if Houston beats the Chargers today (Saturday).
The Cincinnati Bengals also play Sunday at 1 p.m., hosting the Arizona Cardinals. With postseason hopes gone, the Bengals are focused on finishing the season strong at Paycor Stadium, against a struggling Cardinals team.
