(Batesville, IN) – St. Louis 6th grade girls basketball notched a 29-10 win at home over St. Lawrence Tuesday night.
Six Cardinals got in the scoring column, led by Edie Walke with 10 points.
Eleanor Spielmann added six points, while Lucy Becker, Halle Meyer and Cora Gribben each had four, and Sarah Durham added a free throw.
Cardinal coaches say the team played excellent defense all night, forcing turnovers and tough shots for the Panthers. On offense, St. Louis moved the ball around, which allowed so many different players to score.
The Cardinals will host Franklin County Thursday night.
