(Washington Township/Decatur County, IN) – The Washington Township Advisory Board is offering for sale to the highest bidders 16 individual parcels of real estate at Lake McCoy this week.
The sale will take place through a sealed bid process on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the Lincoln Street Business Center Conference Room at 1030 N. Lincoln Street in Greensburg. Entrance to the conference room is through the hallway on the south end of the building.
The Advisory Board says no parcels will be combined and no bids will be accepted for the entire list of parcels.
These parcels have two taxing rates – the Tax unit rate and a Conservancy rate.
Interested bidders must register prior to Wednesday at Noon at the Washington Township office at 1030 N. Lincoln, Suite 1400.
Bids are being accepted until 12 p.m. on Thursday.
