SE Indiana under a marginal risk of severe weather Wednesday afternoon, evening

SOUTHEASTERN IN — The area has a one in five chance, or marginal risk, of severe weather Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Forecasters say some strong to severe storms are possible, with damaging wind as the primary threat.

Large hail is also possible.

Forecasters add storm chances will increase Wednesday afternoon prior to a front moving south thru the area, with storms decreasing in intensity and area after sunset.
