Saturday morning storms caused damage, downed power lines to parts of the area

(Southeastern IN) – The storm that rolled in Saturday morning caused damage and downed power lines in Ripley and Franklin Counties.

County Road 900 South in Ripley County between Dewberry and Cross Plains was closed for downed wires blocking the road.

Meanwhile, portions of Yellowbank Road, Bushy Road, and US 52 in Franklin County were blocked due to storm damage.
