Batesville, IN—Paul “Satch” Satchwill will be joining the Democratic ticket for the 2019 municipal elections in Batesville, running for city council district four. Satchwill is an English teacher at Batesville High School and has worked in the school corporation since 2015. Satchwill is a board member of the Batesville Area Arts Council and is a chair on the Star-Spangled Symphony of Batesville event.
