Sandra Koughn, 47, of Greensburg passed away on December 18, 2023 at Methodist Hospital. She was born on October 8, 1976 in Mesa, Arizona, the daughter of Bruce and Vivian (Justice) Koughn. Sandra was a graduate of Milan High School. She loved working at Arby’s in Greensburg. She really enjoyed the time she spent with all of her friends, coaches and teammates while participating on the Decatur County Special Olympics Track and Field and Bowling teams.
Survivors include Brother, Ben (Joyce) Koughn; Nephew, Brent (Jada Aldridge) Koughn; Great Nephew, Foster Koughn; Uncle, Donald McClendon; and Cousin, John McClendon.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and details will be updated on the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home website. Inurnment will be at the South Park Cemetery in the Columbarium Garden.
