Roger Kramer, 52, passed away on March 8, 2024. He was born on January 2, 1972 in Greensburg, the son of Raymond C. and Helen J. (Diekhoff) Kramer. Roger was a 1991 graduate of Greensburg High School. He was a farmer and also logged. Since 2018, he was a supervisor at the Decatur County Rural Water.
Survivors include: Wife, Jennifer Kramer; Daughter, Renae Kramer; Siblings, Gary (Rose) Kramer, Alan (Teresa) Kramer, Marvin (Tina) Kramer, Anita (Dan) Scheidler, Sheila (Mike) Kirchhoff, Susan (Jeff) Springmeyer, Lisa (Eric) Wagoner, Angie (Kevin) Weber, and Julie (Aaron) Corbett; Father in law, Vernon Goodpaster; Mother in law, Loretta Goodpaster; Sister in laws, Joy Montag (Brandy Cardwell), and Jojo (Brian) Cooper; and several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his: Parents; Sister, Denise, Brother-in-Laws, Steve Butz and Vernon (Buddy) Goodpaster.
Rosary will be prayed Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home at 2:30 pm. A reception styled (no line) visitation for family and friends will follow from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, March 14, 2024 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 11:00 am and can be accessed live on the Funeral Home Facebook Page. Father John Meyer will be officiating and Doug Brougher will give a Eulogy. Burial will follow at the Smyrna Lutheran Cemetery.
