Roger John Jansing was born on June 17, 1962 and went home to be with the Lord Jesus on May 7, 2020 surrounded by his loving family, he was 57 years old. He battled with cancer for 7-years after fighting with everything that was within him. He lived his entire life in Franklin County Indiana. He graduated from Brookville High School in 1980. Born to Clarence and Laverne Jansing, he was raised in a Catholic background and he had a love for farming. He was the kind of man who had a love for helping others and he had a vibrate energy with everyone he came in contact with. Roger was a man of character and integrity many strive to have but few achieve. He was a man with many gifts and talents. Seemingly refrigeration was at the top. He worked 28 years for American Store fixtures and later started his business with a partnership in 2010. His knowledge for refrigeration was handed down to Roger from his father and then to his two sons.
He will sadly missed by his family – surviving are his parents Clarence and Laverne (Rosfeld) Jansing; his loving wife, Brenda Lynn Jansing; children Chris (Amanda) Jansing, Melody (Brett) Feller, Michael Jansing (fiance Hayley Daulton); step children Patrick (Karin) Fackey, Jr., Brandon (Chelsea) Fackey, Ryan (Shawna) Fackey; grandchildren, Caroline and Cole, Landon and Levi Jansing, and Andrew, Josh, Elena, Domenic, Margaret, Daniel Feller; step grandchildren, AJ Kendel, Patrick Fackey III, Hudson, Abby, Sawyer, Brecken, Karington and Klarisa Fackey; siblings, Sharon Riedman, Randy (Dottie) Jansing, Sandy (Tim) Collins, and Shelley (Roger) Schnur.
