Robert “Rob” Allen Brack, 57, of Brookville passed away Friday, December 24, 2021, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
Rob was born in Connersville on June 10, 1964, to Robert “Bob” Otis and JeAnn Beckman Brack. He was a 1982 graduate from Franklin County High School and continued his education with technical colleges earning several certifications. On May 7, 1983, in Metamora, Rob married the love of his life, high school sweetheart, Jane Pennington. He was employed at Hillenbrand’s as an Access Control Specialist. Rob was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Captain of the 7th IND Calvary, along with WWII Reenactments. He enjoyed horses, woodworking, doing projects around his family homestead, restoring his old WWII Jeep, but most of all, Rob loved and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Those surviving who will cherish Robs’ memory include his wife of 38 years, Jane Brack, daughter, Amber (Richard) Feist of Brookville, two sons, Alex (Morgan) Brack of Indianapolis, and Aaron (Ashley) Brack of Brookville, six grandchildren, Jackson, Lily, Violet, Eivin, Jude, and Evelyn, parents Bob and JeAnn Brack of Brookville, brother Darren (Jill) Brack of Brookville and sister Amy Chaney of Milroy. Robert will also be missed by his dog Molly and two grand dogs, Patton and Lucy. Rob was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alvin and Thelma Beckman, and paternal grandparents Pete and Helen Brack.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00 am, Friday, December 31, 2021, at St. Michael Catholic Church officiated by Fr. Vincent Lampert. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to, Seton Catholic High School 233 S. 5th St. Richmond, IN 47374 in care of Rob Brack.
