Robert Paul Scholl

Robert Paul Scholl, of Lawrenceville, was born on April 28, 1934 in Weisburg, a son to Paul and Elsie Baas Scholl.  He worked for and later retired from US Shoe Factory in Harrison.  Robert was a life member of St. John Lutheran Church, and a member of Tri-County Harmonizers.  He was known for his tasty fried chicken and won several awards for his homemade wine.  On Friday, August 17, 2018 at the age of 84, Robert passed away at the Waters of Batesville.

 

Those surviving who will cherish Robert’s memory include his sister, Darleen (Harry) Gabbard of Lawrenceville, 5 nieces and nephews and many friends.  Besides his parents he was preceded in death by niece Kathy Rosemeyer and special friend Romilda Huber.

 

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 9:30 until time of service at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church-Hubbell’s Corner.  Burial will follow in Evangelical Union Cemetery.
