Robert “Bob” Craig, 64, passed away October 21, 2023, in Cincinnati Ohio, after a long battle with heart issues.
Bob was born June 3rd, 1959, in Richmond Indiana. He worked as an excavator for many years. He loved pushing dirt, and it was something he really missed later in life. He loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and traveled all over the country with his wife Tammy. When his health started to decline, he traded in his Harley for a Polaris Ranger. Whatever Bob was driving, Tammy was always along for the ride. He loved fishing, his cat and dog, but most importantly his family and friends. He was bigger than life, a jack of all trades, knew a little about a lot, loud, wild, and lived his life like an old country song. He is now riding Harleys in Heaven.
Bob will be sadly missed by his wife Tammy Craig, daughter Stacey Craig (Bryan Turner), son Jesse (Becky) Craig. Seven grandchildren; Tyler Craig, Olivia Turner, Brody Berger, Hank Craig, Madalyn Turner, Ellsy Craig, and Jolie Craig. His siblings; JoAnn Craig, William (Karen) Craig, Donald (Sandy) Craig. As well as many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
He is proceeded in death by his father Jesse H. Craig, his mother Sylvia Craig, his sister Diane Hyatt, and brother-in-law Richard Hyatt.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Sunman American Legion from 5 until 9 p.m.
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming WOW WHAT A RIDE!”
