Greensburg, IN—The Greensburg Decatur County Chamber of Commerce held its annual member dinner at the Indiana Grand Racing and Casino in Shelbyville Friday. Following dinner, an awards ceremony was held. Awards handed out include the prestigious Don Horan Community Leader of the Year that went to Diana Robbins, Executive Director of Greensburg Meals on Wheels.
