Batesville, IN — Patching, milling, and paving work continues this week in the City of Batesville.
Paul H. Rohe Construction plans to work on the following streets this week:
- Paving Boehringer Street from Park to Eastern Avenue;
- Milling and paving Smith Street from George to Pearl streets;
- Milling, paving, and concrete work on Bedel Boulevard.
The construction on Bedel Boulevard is located about 588 feet east of State Road 229 across from Batesville Dunkin’ and Taco Bell/KFC.
All businesses in that area will remain open.
The City of Batesville wants to remind drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones.
All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
