(Ripley County, IN) – INDOT contractors plan to close Bischoff Road at the intersection of State Road 129 near Batesville next Monday, June 5 for a small structure replacement project.
The road is expected to reopen by late August.
The project also includes shoulder closures on State Road 129 near Bischoff Road so that crews can complete a pipe lining project.
The detour follows State Road 129 to North Coonhunters Road (N. C.R. 300 E.) to State Road 46.
This contract was awarded to Dave O’Mara for $200,000.
INDOT reminds drivers to use extra caution, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones.
