Ripley Co. Democrats Reorganizing for ’25

(Ripley County, IN) – Ripley County Democrats will hold their next monthly meeting on April 9 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the Batesville Public Memorial Library.

The party will continue to meet on the second Wednesday of each month, with a strong emphasis on member involvement and actionable steps.

Officials say meeting attendance has surged this year, with the March meeting packed to standing room only with 40-plus attendees.

In February,  the new leadership team was elected. Phillip Morgan will continue as Chair and Victoria Martz was elected Vice Chair.

The party plans to continue expanding the central committee. Those interested in a leadership position are urged to contact party officials.

In March, the county party’s four-year strategic goals and objectives were outlined. The four-year plan emphasizes leadership development, volunteer recruitment, member education, candidate recruitment, and fundraising.
