Randolph Lee Einhaus Sr., age 80 of Batesville formerly of Napoleon, IN passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. The son of Harvey and Blanche (nee: Smith) Einhaus was born on April 18, 1938 in Napoleon, Indiana.
Randy, as most people knew him, married Marilyn Jo (nee: Ricke) on April 24, 1982 in Greensburg, IN. He was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Napoleon. In high school he served as the student team manager for the Napoleon Bearcats before graduating from Napoleon High School. He retired from BCA in Greensburg where he worked in quality control.
Randy grew up on the family farm. He loved farm shows and Allis Chalmer tractors. He and his wife, Marilyn, liked square dancing, country music and spending time with family. Randy will be remembered as a kind, gentle man, soft spoken and hard working. He loved watching sports and Nascar, but most of all, he loved his family.
He is survived by his children Randy (Kathy) Einhaus Jr., Liconda (Jerry) Stutler, and Jackie (Jerry) Robinson; step-children, Pam (Randy) Cooper, Janet (Ed) Hodson, Christie (John) Clark and Mark Campbell; 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; along with his brother Wayne (Helen) Einhaus.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Jo (nee: Ricke) and daughter Kim Jenkins.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 9th from 4-8pm with 10:00am funeral services on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, Indiana. Burial to follow in the St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery in Napoleon. Janet Hodson officiating.
